The new technology LithoPore PRO makes the manufacturing of very stabile foamed concrete elements at any density possible.
LithoPore PRO actually makes the manufacturing of the worldwide nonexistent density of only 100 kg per cubic meter possible.
Therefore insulation values are achievable, that are comparable to expensive expanded synthetic materials (Polystyrene, Polyurethane). As the foamed concrete elements consists out of inorganic materials (cement, aggregates), they are totally incombustible and ecologically uncritical.
For the first time with the LithoPore PRO technology compressive strengths are achievable without any energy input, that are comparable to the ones of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC). Through the air curing and the specific composition of LithoPore PRO the product is essentially more environment-friendly with respect to the manufacturing process.

Technology
The LithoPore PRO Technology operates with the worldwide approved protein based foaming agents LithoFoam and the specifically developed network-former LithoFoam NWF type A, N or S. The network-former is forming a strong skeleton through a cross-linking of the proteins of the LithoFoam foaming agent. Alongside this skeleton the single particles of the hydraulic binder can hydrate in an optimum way and therefore are connecting the particles of the used aggregates. The result is a foamed concrete with not yet achieved compressive strengths and form stability.

The choice of the network-former depends on the formula of the final product. The cement type and the water cement ratio don't have a primary effect on this. Depending on the formula of the final end product the chosen network-former and the specific foaming agent LithoFoam will be activated and integrated in the manufacturing process with a brand new LithoPore Station PRO.
The whole manufacturing process must be adapted by Dr. Lucà & Partner to the individual customer specific requirements and is driven with a simple but functional measurement and control technology.
