The LithoPore® technology by Dr. Lucà & Partner allows to produce a very stable foam concrete and foam cements of any density (especially 100-1600 kg/m3).

Without the use of energy the LithoPore® technology achieved for the first time the strength, who are comparable to those of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC).
 

The LithoPore® 400-600 product is much more environmentally friendly to produce because of the air hardening and the particular composition of LithoPore® 400-600.

Block Production
A common method in the field of foamed concrete is the block production. On the one hand the foamed concrete can be cast directly into cassette moulds with the final block dimensions on the other hand big blocks are manufactured and after the demoulding they can be sawed into the final block dimensions. The last procedure is reflecting Dr. Lucà & Partner´s LithoPore® Block Concept.

Flooring
Foam concrete is very useful as additional layer in floors. Not only does it even out the floor level, it also considerably reduces the subsonic noises.
