The Foam Generator FG 1 III, due to its great cost/performance ratio, is well suitable for smaller production of foam concrete or for first testing. Because of its compact and robust construction this machine is perfectly adequate for usage on the construction site and is well suitable for mobil use. In case of the FG 1 III the pre mixing of water and foaming agent LithoFoam is manually necessary. The FG 1 III is a complete ready to use system. The total system is only consuming 0.92 kW/h.

The Foam Generator FG 4 II IND  is a ready to use foaming system  with integrated air system. No further requirements are necessary for this system. The FG 4 II IND is working with three separate pumps. One for the water, another one for the foaming agent and the third one for the automatic cleaning system. No premixing of foaming agent and water necessary because it is automatically done by the FG 4 II IND through a PLC from Siemens. Therefore this system is a continuous one and is also well suitable for automatic foam concrete plants or just for high precision work.
