As a turn-key system provider for the production of LithoPore® foamed concrete Dr. Lucà & Partner is also offering cutting systems. The technology is majorly based on wire based cutting machines to enable the user to cut the blocks at a very early stage of production to maximize the capacity and reduce the overall mould volume.
Dr. Lucà & Partner is not offering the widely spread cassette moulds for following reasons:

moulding and demoulding time is very long
-
demoulding is leading always to cracks on block´s edges
-
precision of the final blocks is not comparable to a block that is cut out of a bigger block

LithoPore® Cutting Machine SM25 - semi automatic system
The LithoPore® Cutting Machine SM25 is a semi automatic cutting machine. It consists out of two cutting towers. One top and bottom cutter (horizontal cut) and another vertical cutting tower. The block moulds will be placed on a placing table which can be rotated by 90 degrees. Therefore the vertical cut can be arranged with only one cutting tower which is reducing the investment costs for the respective system.

The movement of the block on placing table through both cutting towers is manually arrange whereas the cutting itself is automatically.

LithoPore® Cutting Machine SM100
The wire cutting machine has an individual design and cutting concept compared to conventional cutting systems. It is very fast and efficient. Furthermore it is characterized through very low maintenance costs. The cut material will not compressed into the blocks as it is normally done with conventional systems.

Automatization kit
The automatization kit is regulating the block flow before, while and after the cutting process. Therefore very few employees are needed to control the complete cutting process.
LithoPore® Block Mould
The standard LithoPore® Block Mould is 1220 mm x 1220 mm and 620 mm height or 923 liter in volume. Various block moulds can be manufactured according to the specific customers needs.
