Storage and dosage system
Cement, Fly Ash
For cement and fly ash Dr. Lucà & Partner is providing telescopic silos each 44 cbm. They can be easily stowed into a 40 feet over sea container and can be therefore transported worldwide. The inside of the silos are filled with further equipment so no transport space will be wasted. The silos are equipped with an electronic filter system to avoid any dust during the filling and operating time. The standard type is suitable for the automatic filling with trucks delivering the cement in bulk and blowing it automatically into the silos. If such trucks are not available locally Dr. Lucà & Partner is providing an automatic filling system with screw conveyors for the silo. This system can be fed through a hopper out of smaller bags or big bags. All silos from Dr. Lucà & Partner are equipped with electronically controlled vibrators. The vibrators are guaranteeing a permanent material flow and avoid hollow spaces in the internal of the silos.

Sand is normally delivered with dump trucks. Sand contains normally already some amount of water. To guarantee a regular material flow into the manufacturing system sand is stored in a horizontal bunker system. All bunkers from Dr. Lucà & Partner are equipped with electronically controlled vibrators. The vibrators are guaranteeing a permanent material flow and avoid hollow spaces in the bunkers.

Manufacturing system + Pumping system
If you choose Dr. Lucà & Partner as your partner these two systems are combined in one single machine: LithoPore Station (LPS) is our solution for customer's needs. The LPS is a mixer, foam generator and pump as well. The machine is equipped with an electronic scales system to control the dosage of raw materials. Minimum 12 mix designs, each with 6 products (as cement, fly ash, sand, water, foam,…) can be programmed. Each program runs fully automatic.

Dr. Lucà & Partner is providing also a specific mould system for the foamed concrete plant solutions as well. A good mould system is necessary to produce high quality foamed concrete. If the moulds are not manufactured in a good way, foamed concrete will stream out and will influence the final product quality. In case of poor mould quality even the de-moulding of the blocks leads to cracks in the blocks. Therefore it is recommended to acquire a complete system.

Dr. Lucà & Partner is also providing installation and commissioning services locally. Customers can also take part at trainee programms in Berlin, Germany to get familiar with the foamed concrete manufacturing.
