Option I "First testing of the LithoFoam foaming system"

Description of the system
The mobile foam generator is also equipped with the worldwide unique low pressure air system. Therefore the foam quality is unique and comparable to the one of larger scale foam generators. The foam generator is well suitable for first testing as well as for further small scale production.
Capacity
The maximum foam output per minute is 200 liters.
Staff needed
Only one operator is necessary to run this system.

Option II "Mobile and stationary starter kit"
Description of the system
The mobile and stationery starter kit contains two separate machines. One foam generator with a foam output of approx. 500 liters per minute and a 500 liter foamed concrete mixer with integrated foamed concrete pump to pump the ready mixed material 60 meters wide and about 30 meters high. The machine is further more equipped with a weighing system. On a digital display it can be always controlled how many kilograms of different raw materials as water, cement, sand or others are already put in the machine. Therefore the operators can work very precisely. Also the foam can be dosage by weight not only by volume. Dosage by weight is much more precise than doing it by volume and a timer as in case of conventional systems.
