Description of the system
LithoPore® Lab consists out of two components. A small scale foam generator that is producing excellent foam as well as a mobile mixer.
The mobile foam generator FG 1 III is also equipped with the worldwide unique low pressure air system. Therefore the foam quality is unique and comparable to the one of larger scale foam generators.
The LithoPore® Mixer 120 is equipped with special mixing devices by Dr. Luca & Partner to avoid any shearing forces while mixing whereas ordinary planetary mixers for mortar can destroy the foam and are mostly leading to inconsistant wet densities of the end product.
LithoPore® Lab is well suitable for first testing as well as for further small scale production.

Description of the system
LithoPore® Industrial is an all-in-one machine, that can be either used as a mobil or stationary foamed concrete production unit. The machine consists out of a 750 liter mixer, an integrated foam generator FG 4 II IND as well as a pump. All components are driven by a PLC from Siemens.
The industrial foam generator FG 4 II IND is equipped with the worldwide unique low pressure air system. The foam quality is unique and can be programmed fully automatic.
The LithoPore® Mixer 750 is equipped with special mixing devices by Dr. Luca & Partner to avoid any shearing forces while mixing whereas ordinary planetary mixers for mortar can destroy the foam and are mostly leading to inconsistant wet densities of the end product. Furthermore weighing cells are also integrated to enable a precise gravimetric dosage control of water, cement, aggregates, additives and foam.
LithoPore® Industrial is well suitable for middle and high scale production in a semiautomatic mode. It combines both, low investment with high output.
