Since February 22nd, 2008 LithoFoam (entry number 307 76 211.4 / 01) and LithoPore (entry number 307 76 212.2 / 01) are registered trademarks at the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO).

This is the beginning of an overall protection of the two brands in the applicable areas of the construction sector.

From now on the illegal usage of the both trademarks by free riders can be better persecuted and prohibited through the registration at the GPTO.
